⏳ Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped from our Jaipur warehouse (Rajasthan, India).

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

📍 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and unforeseen delays (like weather, strikes, or festive rush).

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹4000.

  • For orders below ₹40000, a standard shipping fee of ₹80 is applicable across India.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

  • You can also log in to your Trendwize Account → My Orders section and track your shipment in real-time.

⚠️ Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
